If your own manager cant even demonstrate proper customer service skills, then they clearly arent that concerned with our business.In honor of 2023’s National Ice Cream Day, Your Pie will serve free scoops of creamy, authentic gelato and sorbet for customers on Sunday, July 16. We ended up walking right out and taking our business elsewhere. There is no way that this kind of behavior should be tolerated by any employee. I was even more appalled to find that the chick who just brushed off their terrible customer service with a lie on the phone, IS THE MANAGER! I hung up on the lying woman, and as i got to the counter, I asked to speak to the manager. Standing in the middle of her absurd lie, I look over to see a chick in a pink shirt on the phone. I tell her I've been waiting for them to answer for over 20 minutes, to which she insists "we are busy, we can't stop to answer the phone".
I get in the line, and about that point they finally answered the phone.
There is no one in line at the pickup order register, 3 people in line at the regular register, and people at only 5 tables. We are shocked to walk in and find that they arent even close to busy. We finally got to the restaurant before they ever answered the phone. My wife and I spent 20+ minutes trying to call in a pickup order. Well tonight, I feel like a complete fool for ever having defended them. I have friends and family who aren't fans of T-Flats, and I passionately defend them over and over.
