We ended up walking right out and taking our business elsewhere. There is no way that this kind of behavior should be tolerated by any employee. I was even more appalled to find that the chick who just brushed off their terrible customer service with a lie on the phone, IS THE MANAGER! I hung up on the lying woman, and as i got to the counter, I asked to speak to the manager. Standing in the middle of her absurd lie, I look over to see a chick in a pink shirt on the phone. I tell her I've been waiting for them to answer for over 20 minutes, to which she insists "we are busy, we can't stop to answer the phone".

I get in the line, and about that point they finally answered the phone.

There is no one in line at the pickup order register, 3 people in line at the regular register, and people at only 5 tables. We are shocked to walk in and find that they arent even close to busy. We finally got to the restaurant before they ever answered the phone. My wife and I spent 20+ minutes trying to call in a pickup order. Well tonight, I feel like a complete fool for ever having defended them. I have friends and family who aren't fans of T-Flats, and I passionately defend them over and over.
